Napa County is an amazing place to rest

With 5 million tourists visiting each year, the only major travel destination in California than Napa County is Disneyland. These amazing people come here mostly around the vineyards, but there are many other reasons to spend some time in this area. There are amazing attractions, festivals, restaurants, museums, entertainment and outdoor activities to enjoy what makes Napa County the leading vacation spot in the US. Also, Napa County has many types of accommodations including world class resorts, rejuvenating mineral springs, ranches, nights and snacks, and time-sharing for those who want to make Napa County a more frequent place to stay.

Probably the most therapeutic place to visit in Napa County is Calistoga, where you can find a variety of mineral springs featuring hot spring pools and volcanic ash baths. Calistoga Spa Hot Springs located next to the main street are open to the public and feature four naturally warmed mineral pools along with volcanic ash baths, mineral and steam baths, blankets and massage. Visitors come to Calistoga for spa treatments from the early 1960s and many swear that the therapeutic combination of volcanic ash, canadian peat and a mineral spring is incredible healing.

On a larger scale, Napa County also offers several world-class resorts. Set on a private property, Meadowood is the center of social and veterinary life for frequent visitors as well as for residents. The luxurious 250-acre resort is disproportionate in the valley and features a playful croquet, seven tennis courts, a nine-hole golf course, hiking trails, swimming, a full-service spa, wine teacher and many other amenities along with fine wine . Silverado Resort, located in the hills of Napa County, offers everything you would expect from a first class resort including a golf championship, a spa, a refined dining room and a conference center. While both resorts are private and secluded, they are just minutes from all major attractions and many wine-growing venues.

As Napa is famous for its agriculture, those who want to enjoy their proximity will love the Ranch Resort Mountain Resort. This is a bed and breakfast retreat that offers a different kind of adventure. There are no phones or TVs on the ranch. What you'll find is 300 acres of walking trails, two swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, croquet, lake, barbecue and the silence of the Napa Valley.

For visitors who prefer a more intimate atmosphere when making a vacation, Napa County has plenty of beds and high-end snacks. The Bel Bel Abri, a fifteen-room French Country Inn in Napa, is designed to make you feel like staying in a real castle. French tapestries, handmade furniture, slate floors and strong wrought iron accents create an atmosphere that is both warm and luxurious.

As you can imagine, Napa County has many dwellings for every type of traveler who are as varied as the valley itself. Just remember to book when traveling to the Napa Valley because the area is definitely too high.
